Rosenberg, Keren-Polak, Epelman is a boutique international law firm with a wide range of experience in commercial law, both domestic and international. Our focus is on international tax planning, trusts, corporate law and cross-border transactions. We offer our legal services also in the fields of insurance law, regulation of securities, banking, commercial property, commercial and civil litigation, and immigration.

The firm was founded in 1995 and is an offshoot of the firm founded in 1969 by George Rosenberg, the senior partner, who had practiced law in Montreal for six years prior to immigrating to Israel. The firm consists of three partners, three associates and one lawyer of counsel. At least one member of the firm corresponds in at least one of the following languages: English, French, German, Italian and Hebrew.

The firm has three branches: two in Israel, in the cities of Tel-Aviv and Haifa, and one in Zurich, Switzerland.
