Rosenberg, Keren-Polak & Co. is a boutique international law firm with a wide range of experience in commercial law, both domestic and international. Our focus is on international tax planning, trusts, corporate law and cross-border transactions. We offer our legal services also in the fields of insurance law, regulation of securities, banking, commercial property, commercial and civil litigation, and immigration.

The firm was founded in 1995 and is an offshoot of the firm founded in 1969 by George Rosenberg, the senior partner, who had practiced law in Montreal for six years prior to immigrating to Israel. The firm consists of three partners, three associates and one lawyer of counsel. At least one member of the firm corresponds in at least one of the following languages: English, French, German, Italian and Hebrew.

In the course of the years, the partners and associates of Rosenberg, Keren-Polak & Co. have been active members in several international legal organizations, such as the International Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the International Tax Planning Association, the International Financial Association (IFA), the Society of Trusts and Estate Practitioners (STEP), and the International Association for Jewish Lawyers and Jurists.

The firm operates today out of three branches: two in Israel, in the cities of Tel-Aviv and Haifa, and one in Zurich, Switzerland. The branches in Israel deal mainly in domestic law issues and cross-border cases involving foreign residents with interests in Israel and Israeli residents with interests abroad. Our Zurich branch, which has now been in existence for 10 years, deals mainly with trusts, international taxation, banking and international transactions, and it services Israeli clients who have enterprises in Switzerland and other parts of Europe.

We number among our clients, substantial corporate clients in Israel, the UK, and France, as well as several banks in Switzerland. Our private clients reside in numerous jurisdictions in addition to Israel. We act for several hi-tech start-ups and have also gathered considerable experience in the Internet gaming field. In the immigration field we also act for ex-pats who seek employment in Israel.

In addition to commercial litigation, we specialize in civil tort litigation particularly in connection with work-related injuries and disease, prominently Parkinson's, resulting from toxic materials.
