Oded Oz was born in Haifa, Israel. He was admitted to the Israel Bar in 2007. He obtained his law degree from the University of Haifa (LL.B, 2006). As a member of the firm's corporate and commercial practice, Oded provides ongoing corporate counseling, through venture capital financings, private securities placements, merger & acquisition transactions, and other general corporate matters. Oded also represents the firm’s clients on various types of intellectual property transactions, including licensing, distribution, manufacturing, confidentiality, development and internet based products agreements.
