Oded Oz is a junior partner at Rosenberg, Keren-Polak, Epelman, Advocates since 2011. He was born in Haifa, Israel. Oded obtained his law degree from the University of Haifa (LL.B, 2006), and successfully completed the Yale Summer Session for Law Students (2005), and was admitted to the Israel Bar in 2007. Prior to joining our firm, Oded was and intern, and subsequently an associate for several years at Herzog, Fox & Neeman. As a member of our firm's corporate and commercial practice, Oded provides ongoing corporate counseling, through venture capital financings, private securities placements, merger & acquisition transactions, and other general corporate matters. Oded also represents the firm’s clients on various types of intellectual property transactions, including licensing, distribution, manufacturing, confidentiality, development and internet based products agreements. He also provides legal advice on international taxation and trusts. Oded is a member of the Israeli Bar Association Hi-Tech Committee, the Israeli Bar Association Science and Technology Committee, and the Tel-Aviv Regional Bar Committee for Trusts & Estates. Oded is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and a graduate of the STEP International Diploma Course.
