George A. Rosenberg, who
had practised law in Montreal, Canada, prior to
immigrating to Israel in 1968, founded the firm together with other partners.
Orit Keren-Polak joined the firm in 1990.
The firm consists today of three partners and two associates. The firm has offices in Israel in the cities
of Haifa and Tel-Aviv. As of October 1998, the firm has established an office
in Zurich, Switzerland, to serve the increasing commercial, banking and trust relations between Israel and Switzerland.
In addition to a general domestic practice, the firm carries on an extensive
international commercial practice especially in corporate, financial,
and tax law.
The firm corresponds with numerous foreign law firms in the U.S.A., Canada,
and Europe.
At least one member of the firm is fluent in at least one of the following
languages:
Hebrew, English, French, Spanish and German, and correspondence may be carried
out
in any of these languages.
